My dog just hates bath time. I will tell him "Its time for a bath" and he literally will walk to the far side of the house in a corner and just sit. I physically have to pick him up, and drag him towards the bathroom. He will not come on his own free will. However once he is in the bath he is just fine, and when he gets out he is always tired.
I think I lucked out here. My dog actually enjoys bath time. When he hears the tub running and the door is wide open, he stands literally in the middle of the bathroom waiting to be lifted into the tub.
